This 5 day immersion into the power of story invites spontaneity, playfulness and imagination into an investigation of Kinēsa’s principles, especially choice, presence, power and perception.

Movement lessons, inquiry, games and thought experiments weave together as we unpack the wisdom of folk tales, fairy tales and personal stories that make up the world we live in.

Participation in Once Upon A Time qualifies as a complete segment in the Kinēsa Practitioner Training, and as a training segment for Practitioners who want to be Kinēsa Process Instructors.
